cleanse the previous grease off the propeller hub, and inspect the splines for have on. poorly worn splines will cause slippage; exchange if there is extreme wear. Inspect the rubber hub bushing in the center in the prop. Check for any deformities or symptoms the rubber is starting to deteriorate.
